To help assure on time delivery during the busy holiday season, try to place your orders at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Valentine's Day and Mother's Day.
Our shops will always be closed on the following holidays:
Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. You can still place your orders online or by phone for delivery after the holiday.

1- Simply click on one of the Categories above to view our catalog. Keep in mind when ordering flowers if you see a style you like but would rather have it made in different colors simply let us know when you call. If you order on line simply put a note in special instructions during check out.
2-You can sort the items by price & or category by clicking on the top where shown.
3- In most case we can make your delivery within 4 hours with no extra charge to you. Some other sites have an extra fee of up to $10 for that service. If you order by 9am we can usually make delivery no later than 1pm if it is requested.

Delivery Policies For
Can Go Same Day
- Florist delivered items must be received before 1:00 PM Monday to Friday in the recipient's time zone to make a same day delivery. For same day delivery on Saturday, you must order by 12 Noon. If you must have a same day delivery and it is after the cut off time, please call 1-800-USA-SEND or 1-800-872-7363 and we will do our best for you.
- For deliveries out of the US & Canada call us at (800)736-3468
- We cannot deliver on Sundays to all areas. Please give us a 2nd choice of Saturday or Monday. If it must be delivered on Sunday, give us a call at 1-800-USA-SEND or 1-800-872-7363 before noon on Saturday, and we will try to get it out for you.
- Holidays- We cannot deliver on New Years Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. We can deliver the day before or after these holidays.
- Timed Deliveries- We will do our best to accommodate florist deliveries at a specific time of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
- Deliveries of orders to rural route addresses must have a phone number for the recipient. Some rural areas may require an additional delivery charge. If this is the case we will contact you. In some rare cases we may not have a shop that can deliver to the address you have chosen.
- To help assure on time delivery during the busy holidays try to place your orders at least 2 days prior to Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, and at least 1 day prior to Thanksgiving day and Christmas.
- If no one is home the package may be left at the front door or with a neighbor. No signature is required.
- A shipping & handling fee on florist delivered of $8.95 to 14.95 will be added to each order for each address.
Delivery Policies For Courier Delivered Gifts, Goodies & Gourmet.
- These items can only be shipped to the 48 contiguous states.
- Saturday & Sunday delivery is not available on the Courier Delivered Items.
- FedEx 2nd day delivered orders must be placed before 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time Mon. - Fri. to be shipped that day.
- Changes to address information after the order has been shipped result in a $10.00 charge.
- We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APOs, Hospitals, Alaska, Hawaii or Canada.
- The delivery service may leave the package at the door if no one is home.
- We cannot ship on New Years Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. We can ship the next business day.

Substitution Policy
Fed-Ex Delivered Gifts
We do not make substitutions on Fed-Ex Delivered gifts.
Flower Arrangements Fruit & Food Baskets:
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet/basket due to the availability of certain flowers/Fruit/food in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement by using flowers/fruit/food of equal or greater value. Additionally, the substitution of certain containers may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
Balloons:
The balloons shown on our site are similar to what will be sent. The occasion will always be correct as shown. Happy Birthday, Happy Anniversary, Get Well etc. Keep in mind that Latex Balloons may last only 3 to 6 hours. Mylar Balloons usually last 2 to 5 days.
Plants:
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color. If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used
